On the north coast of New South Wales Australia, we have the most stunning winter blue skies and very frosty mornings, unlike Melbourne Victoria in the south, with cold grey skies, but plenty of snow in the alps for the skiers!!
Recently Ive taken a trip overseas to a few countries to gather Medicinal Healing seeds of different nations and although its a hard task tracking these down, I have a few varieties that i'm counting on like Rooibos seed from Cape Town.
So far this winter we are fallowing ground for the next seasons herb crops and have legume crops growing to put nitrogen into the plots for the spring times crops. So its holiday time for us and a well needed break.
